关于2014年国庆节放假的通知

仲裁办各处室：
根据国务院办公厅通知 ，2014年国庆节放假安排如下：
10月1日至7日放假调休，共7天。9月28日（星期日）、10月11日（星期六）上班。
放假期间，各处室要认真做好值班和安全保卫等工作，遇有重大突发事件发生，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置。

因本合同发生的一切争议，由当事人协商解决，协商不成的，提交宁波仲裁委员会仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
