2013年11月21-23日，2013年全国仲裁工作年会在厦门市召开。会议以“仲裁公信力的建设”为主题。厦门、北京、吉林、南京、长沙、成都、惠州等地12家仲裁机构的负责人分别就加强仲裁公信力建设的意义、思路、举措以及经验等作了大会经验发言。

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
