2014年2月24日，中国证监委宁波监管局张海平处长等两人来本委就证券期货市场引进仲裁机制解决纠纷进行座谈。张海平处长介绍了目前证券期货市场基本情况，提出随着证券期货市场的飞速发展，证券期货纠纷呈现出不断上升的趋势，在证券期货市场引进仲裁机制有广阔前景。双方还就进一步规范证券期货合同，运用仲裁机制解决纠纷进行了探讨。

因本合同发生的一切争议，由当事人协商解决，协商不成的，提交宁波仲裁委员会仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
